Slightly used 2306BHS. Purchased same model with FLX features. Love this trailer. The dry weight is less than 5K pounds, so easy to tow with a 1/2 ton truck or standard SUV.

This has been taken very good care of. Very clean and in excellent condition. Wash & waxed frequently. Smells new. Had several items repaired at La Mesa RV (authorized dealer) under warranty, including replacement of microwave and just had a brand new AC installed! This trailer sells for over $50k new. This one is like new but all the bugs worked out.

Some small imperfections: Bottom of sink base as slight water damage (see photo), rear bumper has small dent, sticker on front cap has small scratch (see photo), small imperfection near control panel (see photo). This is why the price is lower than similar trailers in area.
