Looking to sell my 2020 Keystone Residence. I have upgraded a few things inside. I replaced the stock toilet with a $650 porcelain toilet. I replaced the stock bed with a $2000 king mattress. After this trailer was purchased it was moved about 60 miles from the dealership. Has not moved since then as this is a destination trailer, they are made to stay in 1 spot for an extended amount of time. I am 28 and the only one who has lived in this trailer. No pets, kids or anything involved while using the trailer. Lien is paid off.
