Used, 1 owner, 2012 Dutchman Aerolite 185E travel trailer. It's a great camper, it's in really good condition. We bought it new in 2011 and used it heavily, especially when our boys were young. Recently we're using it less and less and decided it's time to let it go as we are now doing more international travel. Everything works fine. Fridge\Freezer, Hot Water Heater, Propane Heater, Water Pump, Air Conditioner, etc ., no issues. There is a wrinkle in the siding near the Propane Heater Vent. We left some camping chairs propped up against it one evening and when the heat kicked on it couldn't vent properly, trapped the heat and created the wrinkles. It's purely cosmetic though. Also, you can see some waviness of the siding in a couple of spots. We first noticed this on a trip to the Smokey Mountains, in 2020. We took it in to have it looked at and the dealer said it was due to water. They fully inspected it and said there was no roof leak, but water was wicking in a couple of spots where the sealant dried out. Most notably at the rear taillight. To be safe we had everything resealed, including the roof every year since. It has not expanded and the dealer said that everything is structurally sound. We also had some water get in at the front bed as some of the tenting material was stuck on the seal when it was closed up one winter. This cause some staining of the fabric, a small tear around the screen area and some deterioration of the wood in that area, since it sat like that for several months over the winter, in PA where we lived at that time. We cleaned this up and repaired it the best we could, it's not been a problem since. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or would like any other information.
