Excellent condition and ready for your adventures! I bought this beautiful Class C motorhome but life happens and we have only used it twice in over a year. It is made to be enjoyed so our loss is your gain!
There is plenty of storage underneath (full basement) so there is no need to do without! New queen mattresses along with all new bedding, towels and kitchen dishes/cutlery/utensils are included. Tires are in good condition with a lot of miles still on them. You can even fly here and drive it home!

She drives great and includes 2 new leather recliners that can even be used to sleep 2 extra. The dinette table lets down for a bed so she can actually sleep 8. There is a TV in the kitchen/living area and in the bedroom. Separate shower (glass shower door) and toilet/sink room with the bathroom door opening to give privacy for showers.
She includes a 4K Onan gernerator, outdoor shower, exterior entertainment center, full body paint, glass shower enclosure. The optional features say "exterior entertainment center with AM/FM/CD player and Aux speaker" but we have not used it.
The Tioga Ranger 31W has a 20ft awning included, but again, we have not used it.
The generator you can see in the pictures comes with it and is a Cummins Onan RV QG4000.
