Description

A top-of-the-line, 4-season, bumper pull trailer providing ample living space for a couple or family, and equipped with solar panels, battery array, and inverter for sustained dry camping. Priced well below recently sold comps given some prospective repair demands - repair or replacement of on-demand heater, potential reinforcement of "squishy" floor near one wall (I used it last season and didn't find it presented any issue). Additional, superficial blemishes consistent with its life.

With a floorplan maximizing on space, storage galore, and three slide-outs, this trailer feels much bigger than its 29 feet. It features a separate bedroom with queen bed, under-bed storage, two mirrored-door hanging closets, a roomy closet slide-out (currently equipped with removable shelves), reading lights and bedside storage, a television, skylight, window, and overhead vent fan.

The bathroom features a roomy corner shower, foot flush toilet, corner sink with sufficient counter space for setting out toiletries, mirrored medicine cabinet, and an abundance of storage via shelved cabinets and drawers, vent fan and skylight.

The living room is equipped with opposing slide-outs, creating sufficient floor space for a family to comfortably occupy the trailer together. Plentiful window, skylights, and arched ceilings, create an airy feeling not often experienced in a trailer. Pleather sofabed with pull-out double bed. A U-shaped dinette converts to a bed. The living room also features an electric fireplace (great for saving propane when you’re plugged in), television, vent, stereo, and storage cabinets.

The corner kitchen features a stainless, two bowl sink, abundant counter space, microwave, 4-burner stove with vent, refrigerator and freezer, pantry and loads of drawer and cabinet storage.

The water heater is on-demand propane, and there are separate gray and black water tanks. Fresh water - 76 gals, Grey Water - 80 gallons (two separate tanks), Black water - 50 gals.

Outdoors RV are renowned for building ground-up, quality trailers, and are a family-owned business invested in their company name. The quality, and attention to detail in the design is apparent throughout. I’ve spent months at a time living in this trailer and have zero complaints. I have been the solitary owner and I’m only selling because I now live where I used tow to, so no longer need it.
