An excellent condition home away from home! Brand new flooring installed, everything works as it should! Super clean, new toilet, awning is newer and barely used no holes or damage. Missing one fender flare easily replaced on Amazon. Other than that if you need the most comfortable place to over winter somewhere sunny or want an excellent place to live while planning your adventures for a low cost comparably to new then this is it!
