Please NOTE: First the tires were new in 2011, all have great tread and only 1 has weather cracks, but I'm sure new ones would make anyone feel better, and I thought of that when I priced it. #2. This is a great looking unit inside and out, top side and bottom side, but this is a used MH. If you require a pristine unit, this one is not for you. This unit shows some weathering on the paint and has a scratch/chip here and there. It also has some delamination, which to the best of my recollection is the same as it was when we bought it in 2016. It is extreamely hard to photograph, but I tried. You will note if you check the NADA value that I have made price adjustments for these short comings. The coach does look very good and I have always gotten very positive comments anywhere we were, I'm sure you would too.
