Washer/Dryer. Roof was sealed last year. Paneling was replaced around drivers window. Minor damage to passenger side paneling. New flooring in the front and back installed last year. Flat screen TV in the front. Side by side fridge and convection oven. Small rip in front passenger seat (please see pictures). Dash Air is not operational. Missing awning over driver side slide and over entrance. Window fogging that is common with earlier model Fleetwood RV's. Motorhome is stored inside when not in use. Title in hand.
