This Cedar Creek 5th Wheel is in very good condition and is ready to travel. We are the second owners. The tires are at 60%. It has 2 new HP/AC units installed in 2021 controlled by a 2 zone multi fuction thermostat. It is equipped with the Lippert Auto Leveling system for easy set up. It is prepped for a generator with a transfer switch. We used a portable Cummins generator that powers the entire coach when shore power is not available. The Cummins generator can be sold along with the unit for an agreed upon price. It has two automatic fans with humidistat controls. Lots of storage in the basement, plenty of room for all your camping getaway equipment. It has a queen bed in the master bedroom with a new flat screen TV in May of 2022. The gas/electric water heater delivers plenty of hot water for all your needs. The flooring in the kitchen and living room has been updated to LVT.

We have added extra tail lights to the rear of the unit. Their is a 1 year old air bag in the front fifth wheel connection. We had new seals installed around all three slides. Bottom drip skirts have been installed on each slide also.
