She's a California beauty - clean and no rust! Newmar is top of the line, and this long lady is in topnotch condition. Just drove her across country (fun!), and we're ready to pass her on to someone who goes RV-ing all of the time.

In the past two months: Annual coach maintenance service was performed, including testing water heater, furnace, refrigerator, LPG system tested for leaks, operation of LPG detector, C02 detector, smoke detector, inspect exterior sealants and roof, sidewall seams, windows, doors, windshield, lamps and all exterior openings, lubricate and adjust all exterior doors, steps, slide rooms, jacks and windows. Whole roof was resealed, generator was serviced, oil, fuel filter. Changed filter for A/C, and fresh water. New brake booster motor repair kit, front disc brakes and rotors replaced, rear wheel seal replaced, 4 new drive tires, new Koni shocks (front and rear), and new Sumo springs (front and rear) for F53 chassis. Replaced windshield washer pump.

We have all receipts - we saved you a lot of time and work! Brand new queen memory foam mattress, laminate floors, large frig, and BUNKS! Take the kids! The dinette and couch also provide sleeping space for 4 more. And if you want storage, this RV has more than enough!

Cabinets and drawers are solid oak - not the crappy plastic ones they have in later models.
