Forest River Salem FSX for sale
My partner and I have lived full time in this for three years and have moved to an apartment, so we need to say goodbye!
*DINETTE TABLE IS AVAILABLE, WE HAVE REMOVED IT TO HAVE MORE SPACE*
I have updated:
-bathroom sink faucet
-shower curtain
-added mirror in bathroom
-added "spice cabinet" above stove
-key hooks by door
-memory foam mattress
-anode rod in hot water heater replaced in July 2021
-LP gas detector replaced July 2021

We have been meticulous with maintenance. The air conditioner including the squirrel cage was cleaned inside and out each season. We resealed the roof before ever moving the trailer. The tires are equipped with EZ Lube system and the grease is pink.The damage:
-trim on some cabinets ripped in spots (see photos)
-section of trim by front door is torn
-the top hatch in the living space does not open
