Price reduced-This beautiful, well-maintained 5th wheel is built and designed for full-time living but would be enjoyed by anyone at any level of recreation. Maintenance over the last few years includes front AC unit, awning replacement due to wind damage, new roof due to tear by tree, new oven door, and new ceramic toilet. Enjoyed amenities in the 5th wheel include a true king size bed (mattress from Ashley furniture), large screen TV in front living as well as electric fireplace, residential refrigerator, convection/microwave combo, large high ceiling bathroom/shower, dual A/C, lots of storage underneath and over/under bed, and 2nd entry/exit door in back bedroom.
