This is a great buy!. Research same coach on any RV site (priced from 169-190 thousand) . Reduced by $24,000. New RV is being delivered end of October. Already have trade in offer but would like to sell outright. Deal needs to happen before October 21st or it will just be traded in. Motorhome is in mint condition. Full detail 3-4 times every year. No damage, no accidents. Leather like new, all appliances working. Washer dryer, convection microwave, tires new last year. Electric front blinds, fireplace, 4 TVs and upgraded 360 Cummins (most units came with 340 this year). Kept in covered storage when not in use. No pets no smokers in RV. Only selling as we ordered a new Motorhome and it is ready earlier than expected. As of today, 18,700 miles.
