SALE PENDING through June 25, 2023. In October of 2022 it went to a mechanic to get inspected for a potential buyer. The only thing not addressed- the tie rod ends will need to be replaced eventually, they were rated as moderate, and immediate action wasn’t needed. I want to make a buyer aware to keep an eye on those, but the mechanic said it can definitely wait a while, therefore I won’t be taking care of that. I replaced the chasis battery May 2023. The AC blower switch has been fixed. Everything else was given a green check as being mechanically great. It has not been driven since.

Clean, with custom renovations. This Born Free was built as a 24RB (which means 24 foot, Rear Bath), but with two sofas. I removed one sofa and built in a custom live-edge cottonwood desk in that place. This rig is the perfect live/work space! I painstakingly painted all of the honeyed oak wood white so it feels much more modern and fresh than most RVs. It’s a bright and comfortable space. Everything works. The generator was fully serviced with a new starter installed in January 2021, and it starts right up every time. New tires installed in January 2022, with very few miles driven since. Toasty furnace. Great electronic awning. Tons of storage in solid oak hardwood cabinetry. Sofa is wide and flat and can work as a single bed and there is the cabover area bed with a ladder. I lived in this RV full time for three years and it was amazing. No known issues other than that the cooktop clips have loosened and it slides around a little so you have to slide I t back into the proper position before using (very easy). Also, the rear bumper has a couple of cracks from the previous owner backing into something and then me worsening them by some bad departure angles when pulling out of parking lots with steep transitions. Easy to drive and fits in two parking spaces front to back. Thule rack bars on top. Free Yakima hitch 2-bike rack for the back included. Outdoor shower. Indoor shower and the bathroom is a great size for this size rv. On board propane tank. I removed all the exterior logos to freshen it up with new ones but couldn’t decide on what to get so the new owner will have a clean blank canvas to customize! I love this rig, and want her to go with someone who will enjoy and take good care of her.
