Trailer is in terrific condition except for some water damage that can be seen from the outside picture of the topper. The damage occured in the past 2 years while it was stored outside. The water damage can be seen in one of the photos where it has caused discoloration to the canvas above one of the pullout queen beds. Additionally, the water seeped into a portion of the inside ceiling to partly begin peeling. The plywood in the ceiling approximately 3W x 5L could be replaced by someone handy, but the internal damage is largely cosmetic. The exterior top will need to be re-sealed to avoid further water damage.
