Although this is a bunkhouse model my wife and I have used it by ourselves. The bunk area is great for storage and reading. It is clean and in good condition. New tires and batteries last year. All vinyl flooring, no carpet Three TV's with one outside. Microwave/convection oven in place of gas. Leaves additional drawer space. Queen bed with memory foam mattress in bedroom, queen sized bed above cab, two bunks and table that converts to a bed. We have stayed in it for a month at a time and there's plenty of room to carry whatever you need. I ordered this unit from the factory, never sat on a dealers lot and is parked under cover when not in use. Come see. PS I have a car dolly that can be included in the sale, bring your car along.
