If you buy truck and 5th wheel you will be totally set up with the Andersen Hitch system. 5th wheel is 28 feet long which is perfect to travel in, yet not too long for driving. It is insulated for four seasons, dual pane windows, one slide-out, large electric awning over the front door side of RV and smaller, manual awning over large slide out window. The RV has 4 deep cell batteries, full solar roof panels, and an inverter. The solar panels keep the batteries constantly charged. The solar set up makes life a little more convenient when drycamping. We once camped in Death Vally for 45 days (first week November) with no hookups. We used the solar to charge our phones, used a small electric salsa maker, charged our sonicare toothbrushes and my wife even charged her sonicare facial brush :-) There is a ceiling fan in the kitchen/dining room area and there is a Fan-Tastic fan (equivalent to a whole house fan) in the bedroom. You can use the Fan-Tastic Fan even when you are dry camping as it runs off the batteries since they are constantly being charged by the solar panels. This RV is very comfortable and homey. There is a Roku TV in the family room and in the bedroom. Instead of a sofa, there are two super comfortable recliners. After a day of hiking or walking it is so nice to sit in the recliners and put your feet up. This RV has been very comfortable and reliable. The dual axle tires are less than 2 years old. It also has a large capacity NorCold refrigerator model 1095 and a newer memory foam queen size mattress and there's plenty of storage. The toilet is a soft close lid and has an extended height. We are including extras such as a Fort Knox anti-theft lock, extended wide range side mirrors for the towing vehicle, trailer tire covers, tire locking chocks, zero gravity hose, etc. We are retirees non-smokers with no pets or kids.
