We have used this motorhome for two years using it to stay in on occasion while building a home out of state, that construction now completed we no longer need this unit. The previous owner had a fleet of Freightliner trucks that were serviced by Freightliner every year at which time he included this unit in the servicing. It is 9 years old, chassis was built in 2011, the construction of the living area was done in 2012 and sold in that year for the first time. It has a few scratches and small cosmetic dings but the running gear etc. are in excellent condition. Pictures are included, more can be made available, and we have a couple of short videos which could be shared upon request. We have been through everything we could think of AND replaced the carpeting, installed a new larger SS sink and faucet, installed an electric fireplace, installed new pump and control unit for the leveling jacks, new awnings over the smaller popouts, (the main one is in fine condition and has the auto retract system in it), the tires are 2017, new top of the line ORGANIC COTTON master bed mattress, 3/8 rubber mats in all the basement compartments,and changed out most of the interior light bulbs to LED . Has all new batteries.Even though this has been stored in a barn and maintained. We purchased a brand new cover that's only been used for one winter.
