Tires: 4 rear tires Bridgestone 245 70r 19.5 16 ply, plus 2 front tires Michelin 245 70r 19.5 12 ply (12k mi), plus spare. Onan 5000 watt generator with inside start/stop with only 399 hours. Up-to-date NYS inspection.

2 slides - bedroom and main room. All awnings & slide covers less than 2 years old. Extra awning added over entry-side bedroom window.

2 roof -mounted ac units. 2 “fantastic” interior fans, Automatic leveling jacks.

Kitchen: Dometic refrigerator/freezer, 3 burner gas stove top and gas oven, Overhead built-in microwave oven with fan/light, generous dining, pantry and cookware storage in overhead and base cabinets and hutch.

Gas/electric combo hot water heater.

Original fold-out bed in main room was replaced with Thomas Payne electric recliners with heated seats, lights and vibrators.

Bedroom: Queen bed with comfortable mattress, plentiful cabinet and drawer storage, one cabinet set up for washer.
