We bought this trailer new and have enjoyed it immensely. It was used half a dozen times traveling in the southwest. It is in excellent condition and everything works as it should. If you have not seen a Lance in person, their quality is about as good as it gets. Things have changed and we needed a larger camper, so this one needs a new home. It is well optioned with an appliance upgrade, 12volt 32" tv, remote control fantastic fan, lift kit, electric tongue and stabilizer jacks, solar pre-wire, power awning, pull out storage tray, all weather package, ladder, tv with dvd in bedroom and has everything else you could imagine standard. It has 2 Renogy gel batteries. It includes a load leveling hitch and can pulled by a half ton vehicle. We have clear title and it is ready for adventure with a new owner.
