I'm sad to let it go because it has such stylish "Farmhouse" décor, ample storage, and a great floor plan. Easily towed by my F150. Unfortunately, my two small kids are growing faster than I had anticipated.

The bed is a Queen which stores as a Murphy Bed. There is also a privacy curtain for that area. The four-seat dinette also converts into a bed that can fit two small children or one adult. Bathroom has great counter space, an outlet, cabinet & medicine cabinet, and a magnetic locking shower curtain. Great window with a fan too!

Kitchen has a double, rectangular sink, window over the sink, propane stove, oven, microwave, great storage and a pop-up electrical outlet with USB charger plugs.

I am located in North Bend, WA. About 35 miles east of Seattle. The trailer has been well taken care of and was always thoroughly cleaned after each trip. I never let anything sit in it when not in use. The tires are still great. It is in excellent condition. I have just renewed the tabs for the year.
