Beautiful RV, Always stored indoors when not in use. Not used on a permanent site. Typically used 30-40 days a year. Could be used for full time. Splendid Combo Washer/Dryer in the closet. Battery system is upgraded to 200AH of AGM batteries with an Inverter to run the Residential Refrigerator when not on shore power. Brakes were upgraded within the last year to disc brakes. New rotors and calipers also.
Tires are original Sailuns load range G (100psi). Showes a little shoulder wear with deep tread. Upgraded suspension makes towing a breeze with a Ford F250 Diesel Truck. Trailer is equipped with Ford's integral Trailer Tire Pressure Monitor system and integral rear camera system. The camera on the rear of the trailer and all 4 trailer tire pressures display in the truck information display. Progressive Industries Electrical Management system is hard wired. There is no generator but it is prepped for one. I carried one in the bed of my truck and installed a receptacle in front of the trailer by the pin box to plug a short cord into.
