Money can't buy happiness.but it can buy an RV!

Details:
2016 Forest River XLR Hyperlite 29HFS with a clean title.
Why am I selling? Simple – I don’t use it. I'm the 2nd owner, 1st upgraded to a 5th wheel after owning for 1 year.
It’s a 30 amp, 33-foot travel trailer toy hauler with a 9 ft garage section (won’t fit a side-by-side). She’s a slim 6,769 lbs dry, tongue weight of 1,032lbs. She’s towable with a ½ ton truck with a weight distribution hitch. Cargo capacity is 2,000lbs.

And, don’t worry, I didn’t scrimp on features– only the finer things in life for you:

• This toy hauler has a custom installed 2-in-1 washer-dryer. It also has additional tow points installed in the garage section.
• This RV sports the “Adrenaline Package” and “Off Grid Prep” upgrades:
  • Simply put – bigger fridge, stainless steel appliances, nicer cabinets, a TV, and bluetooth stereo/DVD with outdoor speakers
  • Upgraded A/C (15,000 BTU)
  • Off Grid Prep package – generator prep AND a mobile fuel station(fuel pump and 30gal fuel tank)
  • Does not come with the generator.
• I've been consistent with ongoing maintenance: In July 2020, I had a full roof and exterior seal inspection with damaged/crack seals fixed. Within last 2 years: I replaced the roof vent lids, internal LED lights, the front door lock, any worn/cracked trim and rubber seals. The battery and cables 1.5 yrs old. Battery is kept indoors on a tender. Because more is better, RV comes with 2 spare tires, tire covers, 30 ft of Camco RhinoFLEX heavy duty Sewer Hoses with supporting hose stands, and leveling blocks. She’s ready to go.
• A few things to note:
  • Currently fixing a front exterior LED light.
  • The driver’s side rear tire has recently developed a very slow leak.
  • In 2019, the wind blew a very small trailer at 3-4 mph into thefront passenger-side fascia. Fascia replaced, no structural issues. Otherwise,to my knowledge, everything works well.

The August 2022 NADA/J.D. Power suggested AVERAGE retail for this RV, with added options, is $34,685 (see pic).

Let’s make it simple, fair deal -- I don't want to hold onto this RV. I’m asking $27,895.
