The RV is in good shape. Well-used and well taken-care-of. It's had multiple owners, and has a few modifications over the years, but mostly factory defaults. It's got the expanding cabin for a much more spacious interior, and fully decked out with propane generator and a solar backup battery charger. All appliances and controls are in good working order (e.g. stove, fridge, etc.).

We've recently updated and improved:
- All four rear tires are new
- New battery
- Updated/maintained AC for both the cabin and the living area
- Overall maintenance
- New outdoor awning (we're doing this shortly)

Roughly 46k miles on it, and lots to go. At 15 years old there is some wear and tear, but nothing significant. Overall a great RV.
