This is a great deal for anyone looking for a couples RV or family with 1 or 2 kids. My Wife and I (non-smokers) used it lightly to visit grandkids 3 hours away on occasional weekends. We would tow it to PA from Southern MD and leave it only bringing it home 2 or 3 times. We used it in winter temperatures nearing zero as well as a hot Pennsylvania summer and stayed comfy all the time. I'm only selling it because we have a garage apartment there now and no longer need it. I'm not trying to make money on it, just sellng it for what I owe so someone else can benefit from it. It's small enough to manuever for easy parking and easy stops for fuel or food on the trip. Towable by a 1500 pickup/SUV however I used a 2500 Ram and didn't know it was back there. Rockwood is the premium quality build with a walkable roof and real wood cabinetry. Loaded with every option except actual solar panels or backup camera. It is wired for Solar and backup camera though. Heavy duty anti-sway tow system was a $500 addition that I will let come with it as well as Rhino Sewer hoses, Side winder Sewer hose support, lots of water hose, 2 sets of CAMCO Curved Levelers, Progressive Industries 30A Portable EMS with Surge Protection. Those are all the things a dealer doesn't include that you end up buying on your own for several hundred dollars. Twin Propane tanks, Power Tongue Jack, Power Stabilizers, Power Awning, Slide Topper, Rooftop Vent covers, Heated Tanks, Enclosed undercarriage, Twin axles, Goodyear tires w/pressure monitoring system, Power inverter/converter, AC, Gas furnace, Gas/Electric Fridge, Hot water heater, Microwave, Range oven, iRV Technologies DVD/Radio/Blutooth, TV, Surround sound and exterior speakers.
