Gently used RV/mobile office in great condition. The 400# folding seats in the garage were removed to reduce weight and make more room. The bed in the garage ceiling has aluminum hangers under it that raise and lower with the bed for storing bicycles just below the bed, that raise and lower with the bed; not hanging off the rear bumper like most. Bicycles stored inside, protected from weather and potential theft. The "dinette" area that was installed from the factory was very heavy, terrible to sit in; and get in and out of easily. This was removed, and a table of 3/8" birch plywood with an aluminum frame was installed instead, making this a perfect platform for a home and office combo. Simply use two office/computer/gaming chairs for using this table. My wife and I each had our desktop PC's under the table with 34” ultrawide displays. It was a tidy set-up with plenty of room for us both and much better for eating too. We did whatever helped make this RV comfortable, and livable long term, and optimize usefulness as a mobile office. We hauled a 1000# 1933 Starr player piano in the back plus a 900# full toolbox back there secured to the floor. No issues whatsoever. RV has been towed from Ohio to Arkansas and back only. Furrion 4 camera system included; Onan 5500 Generator included with installed 40 gallon fueling station for toys. Tires are great condition, all 6.
This RV has minor cosmetic damage from a wind storm that does not affect performance (however, is part of the reason for the lower price). There is a 3" hole in the fiberglass exterior just left of the front door (currently covered with gorilla tape, so no water intrusion, and does not go through the wall), and several scratches on the front fiberglass nose cap, but no cracks. The "Vengeance" decals were removed from the unit, because I was not comfortable with the name. These decals are available at Forest River if desired. Current flag stickers easily removed.
I will be happy to share much more information with any serious buyer. All the facilities of the unit, plumbing, electrical, mechanical are in correct working order and this is the 3 axle version of the RV for smooth ride & heavy hauling. Power cord, sewer lines & water hook-up included. Reasonable offers considered. We were in this RV for about 3 months and it is really comfortable for living in. Bought a new home, must sell!
