Payment: A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of price acceptance (bank check, wire transfer or cash accepted). This secures the vehicle for 7 business days after which the remaining balance will be due and payable by bank check or wire transfer. If the final payment is not processed within 7 business days, the deposit will be forfeited, and the vehicle will be made available to other buyers. The title will be provided once payment has fully cleared at seller’s bank.
Pickup/Shipping: The buyer will be responsible for picking up the vehicle at its current location (seller can assist with shipping). All shipping, freight, transfer fees and registration fees are at the buyer’s expense.
Title: Clean title in hand. The title will be transferred upon posted payment from the buyer.
