Used recreationally less than 10 times. One owner, half of life in covered storage the other half in open storage. 

The double bunk is awesome for kids and visitors. Stand up shower, ac unit replaced in 2019, along with a line clearing in the fixtures. A bit of fading since it has been in open storage, but it receives a good wash a couple times a year. Non smoking and no indoor cooking as well so really it’s just been more of a rigid tent. TV and wall mount included, has digital antenna, BT stereo and plenty of storage!
