for 20 years old this class c is in good order. Runs and drives very good. Generartor working(Onan 4000) as it should as well as the air conditioning/heating, refrigerrator as well as therest off the appliances. It has an auto leveling system but doesn't currently work. I have no knowledge og how the auto level system works so it could even be a very easy fix. The previous owner had an entire new roof added 4-5 years ago. No current water leaks. Yes, it had prior water leaks as any 20+ year old rv would. What's importsant is they no longer exsist and what had happened was properly taken care of. I'm awaiting new awning material and this will be installed prior to the sale. Also comes with 2 tv's along with a King satellite system and tripod in like new condtion. There are also a few extra accessories included. This class c is priced well below NADA value but, I'm very open to any fair offers. Additionally I'd like to add that altough some discoloration can be seen on the ceiling none of the ceiling is soft in any way, good and solid condition! The rv industry thought it was a good idea to install a carpet type/style ceiling and because of a prior water leak this caused the discolration. This is why the entire roof a few years ago was repalced and fixed at an rv shop. (this was an $8,000 job according to the previous owner).
