We are the second owners, the first owners built the RV in 2019 with upgrades and never used it. When we bought it in 2020 it was 10 months old and brand new.

We treated our RV like our baby, until we had a baby of our own. Now, we have outgrown our RV and are ready to move on. The RV has an open kitchen and living room with a fireplace. The bathroom has a long vanity, PORCELAIN toilet, and a HUGE shower. Bedroom has a Nectar memory foam queen mattress. Outside there is an outside TV mount, we will include the second TV and Roku. We have a Upgraded TV in the living area. Upgraded wheels. The hitch includes a weight distributing hitch with stabilizer. There's an outdoor shower and huge awning.
We will include RV equipment with price so it's ready to go camping (Sewer hoses, Surge protector, Water hoses, leveling chalks/X Chalks, Wheel Covers). This RV is perfect for a single person or couple looking to travel everywhere.
