Awesome 2019 Forrest River R-Pod, has 1 Queen bed with super comfy memory foam mattress and a dining area that converts to an additional bed. Full kitchen including sink, gas range, convection oven/microwave. Spacious shower, separate toilet and sink vanity area, dual batteries, plug in for solar panels. There is also plenty of food and clothing/supply storage for a short or long trips. Heat and HVAC, TV with antenna, speakers inside and out. RV has been kept extremely clean and well taken care of, however, awning needs repair and kitchen fascia was slightly damaged by a water leak which has be fixed.  RV comes with all the bells and whistles.  No need to buy electric cord, black/grey sewer hoses, wheel chocks, it all comes with the rv.
