This was a great first trailer for my wife and I but our situation is changing and it's time we move on from it. It's length is 28'6" and is extremely easy to manuever. The fridge, AC, and spare tire are new as of spring 2021 with the roof being re-sealed at that time as well. We will leave the Pepwave Max Transit Duo Wi-Fi router with a 7-in-1 antenna installed, as well as include all power and water hook-ups. This includes a surge protector, 75' of power cable, water pressure regulator, water filters, 50' of water hose, and a few other odds and ends. The absolute only thing you would need to buy to be 100% ready to go is your own sewer hoses. Not really into the idea of passing on a used sewer hose, no matter how clean it is. The queen mattress in the front master is 80" long and the shower is tall and wide enough for relatively large people to be comfortable in. I'm 6'2" and about 235lbs and have no issues with space in either.
Previous owners replaced the sofa sleeper and end table/pantry/wardrobe in the slide out with a dual recling sofa and desk.
We just took it on a ~4k mile, three week summer trip and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. We loved this trailer and know you will, too!
