Description

This rig is ready for boondocking or campgrounds! It sleeps two (twins or king), has a toilet, shower and outside shower as well. I just need something a bit bigger. Clear title. It's in Salem, OR. The engine and transmission have been checked out and passed inspection with flying colors. No oil leaks and doesn’t burn oil. At 19 1/2 feet long and 8 ½ feet tall, it is easy to drive, easy to park and can go through drive-thrus. It has all the amenities for cooking, sleeping and storage. The house A/C and chassis A/C both work great. There is a Fantastic Fan as well. I have a binder with all original instruction manuals for all RV appliances & functions. I also have a folder with photos and instructions for things like flushing tanks, water fills, etc. Everything in the coach works well. I had a multi-point inspection after purchasing it in September 2021 and all house parts functioning well except the water pump and smoke detector, which were replaced. My travel experiences echoed that. It has a lightly used and maintained generator, a 2-way refrigerator (no propane, which is nice as you don’t have to worry as much about the rig being level), microwave, 2-burner propane stove, propane furnace, A/C, toilet and shower. There is a flat-screen ONN Roku tv with inverter. Lights were upgraded to new LED lights to conserve energy. It has an awning. The van is easy to winterize as there is no water heater anode. I have not de-winterized it.

The two house batteries work, but don’t hold a charge as long as they should. Walmart carries these same deep cycle Marine/RV batteries for under $100 each.

-Recently serviced/replaced since October 2021:
-Rear brakes
-Rear shocks
-Aligned
-Two new front tires: Cooper
-Manifold gasket
-Powertrain Control Module
-Catalytic converter
-Radiator (the cooling system has been awesome, but when I went to have it flushed and new fluids, the mechanic said there was stop leak in it, so I opted for a new radiator.)
-Thermostat
EDIT 7-19-22: Upon further review of Les Schwab's recommendations based on the brakes "grabbing" (nothing I could feel; they felt fine to me), and it potentially being a safety issue (brakes could get hot), I spent $1178 on a full front brake system (rotors, calipers, pads, and a repair to a small leak in one of the back brake seals.

-HOUSE: New water pump and smoke detector
-New sealing was done on outside in Dec 2021
