Up for sale is a 1998 Xplorer 230 XLW Class B RV in excellent condition with only 56400 miles. The bed cushions have been replaced with medium density foam, it has six brand new Michelin tires, new AC unit, new Bathroom door and Thule cargo carrier. Everything works as it should, including the heater, AC, refrigerator, water pump and generator. It drives straight and the cruise control works.

I have a lot of documentation from the previous owners. It has just passed Virginia Inspection and had synthetic oil change so it is ready for camping season. Recent upgrades are new Headlights, mud-guards for rear wheels, and on-demand back up camera that can also serve as a permanent driving rear view camera so driver can reliability see the vehicles behind him or her.
