Used condition and sales prep
2nd owner, with G rated tires put on when new, total miles on tires and chase 4.5k miles. Front Storage door damaged by truck tailgate. Grand Design is out of stock for the door, restock 3-6months. I will credit the cost of replacement. One back left slide there is silver dollar size damage on the exterior. I repaired exterior with fiberglass cut sheets, resin, bondo, sand, enamel colored paint, then clear enamel. Its waterproof repaired! recliners and foldout love sear are Faux leather. The leather headrests on the recliners are worn but the fabric underneath is in tack. There is a small leather piece missing on seat part, of the love seat, you can see in the pics, The loveseats back cushions are in good condition. The RV is being sold without a mattress, the platform fits a standard queen. The black hardware on the sides of the master bed's platform are mounts for tablets/phones, additional pieces included and not shown. Also, the black squares are cup holders that flip down, the ones used on boats. I installed a new toilet, pressure washed the whole RV, including the roof, cleaned, vacuumed, and rubbed down every surface. Everything functions, there is nothing broken on this RV. The RV is move in ready
