Make the #vanlife your life! We are regrettably selling our Roadtrek. We have taken THis puppy to Florida and Maine and it was an awesome way to travel and camp. We have LOVED it but our plans have changed to buying a property so it’s time to let this beauty go. We are sad to see it go. Very clean, inside and out. We never drove it on wet winter roads so the underbody is in nice shape.
All interior amenities tested for operation by myself in early July. Everything list below is in good working order:

Known issues/defects: It’s best to be upfront with these things considering people will travel distance to see/buy one of these campervans. I don’t want anyone showing up to be surprised with issues that should have been disclosed.
Exterior door access to power supply and storage compartment - the hinge is starting to separate from the door. Door will need to be remounted in the future at some point but it has some life left in it.
Coach AC - blows cool, sometimes cold. Probably needs a freon refill.
3rd seat seatbelt - retractor doesn't work, has been removed and is stowed under the seat.
