Very clean 2020 trailer I purchased new in late summer of 2021 and it has been my home for the last 10 months. I'm moving out of state and not taking this trailer so it has to go. I LOVE this floor plan, as it really emphasizes usable space. 41-1/2', 4 slide outs, very large living area with recliners and a fold out sofa (does NOT share kitchen space like some smaller trailers do), HUGE main bathroom with double sinks with tons of cabinet storage, large shower and 2 BIG closets.One is where washer and dryer hookups are the other is the main clothes closet (it extends further back to the left but you cannot see that in my photo), a dining table that extends to use 4 chairs or stow them under the sofa bed and keep it smaller for 2 chairs, full size home LG refrigerator, 3 burner stove, 1000W microwave, 3 pullout drawers in the pantry, 49" tv, electric fireplace, lots of large windows for natural light, ceiling fan, 1/2 bath off kitchen, double sink, 1 GIANT full pass thru belly storage area and 1 large front belly storage area, good sized awning, 2 AC units, electric AND propane heat, 4 interior and 2 exterior stereo speakers, under bed storage, built in dresser and TV mount in bedroom. I also upgraded to a very high quality mattress and it is incredibly comfortable. This has been such a comfortable all-season home and always impresses guests when they come over.
