39’ long, 13’ 3” tall. 3 beds + loft. 1.5 bath.11’ Garage. Door makes a ramp, or a patio with fencing. Rollup screen door on the back to be able to keep the door down as a patio, and keep the bugs out. Garage has a half bath, a bunk that stows against the ceiling, and two benches that fold flat and also stow above. Washer/dryer hookups 30 gal gas tank (reg unleaded) and pump for your toys, or to refill the Onan 5500 generator gas tank.

Handicap lift (https://www.mobile-lifts.com/handy-lift) installed at the Garage door. It is house battery powered, activated by a wireless fob.

Living area has 2 recliners, full kitchen. The loft, off the living area, and over part of the garage, can be used by a child as a getaway, or as an attic for additional storage. Kitchen has a 4 door side by side elec/LP refrigerator/freezer. One refrigeration compartment, two separate freezer compartments. 3 burner LP stove, and double sink with home faucet. Central Vac connection is located in the stairs. Full bath up the stairs, lg shower, cabinets, toilet, sinkBedroom has the third slide, which is the closet. Queen size bed, with storage underneath. Identical nightstands and overhead storage in addition to the closet. Two AC units, one in the bedroom, one in the living area. The generator can power both of them if you are boondocking.

Outside, front storage (generator, hydraulics, batteries), pass through storage behind it. On the backside of the pass through iare the water connections, including the black tank rinse for the primary black tank. TVs - 4 - Bedroom, living room, garage, and outside on the living room slide. Sony stereo, speakers in the living area and with the outside TV.

Apr 2022 - entire suspension for the dual axles replaced, all tires replaced (date code 2421, 14 ply ST235/85R16) all 4 wheel bearings repacked. We’ve put under 2000 miles on the tires since purchased.

Nov 2021 - Primary awning was damaged and removed, never replaced. Secondary power awning in the back, over the door to the garage is still in place and working. A third, manual, awning is over the patio/garage door in the back.
