This is a great trailer if your new to RV camping or just want something light weight that you can tow with something less than a pickup truck. At just over 3,600 GVW, we were able to tow it with a Town & Country Van. The slideout adds more open space for a small trailer. Additional options above the basic Rpod is a 13,500 BTU non ducted AC, Microwave/Convection Combo and a 27" screen TV. Also included in the price is a in-line Progressive Industries surge protector with Digital readout and a Sherline Tongue weight scale. The battery was new in Feb. of 2021. The seat cushions have been redone with heavy duty foam. Also included is wheels and spare tire cover, tongue jack cover and cover for winter storage. Sewer hose included and new anodized rod for water heater. All vents have bug screens installed. An additional spare propane tank (1/2 full) along with plastic cover/holder/regulator to mount 2 tanks on the trailer. Everything works on it; heater, AC, stove, refrig., microwave, radio, CD player and TV. Very nice light weight, single axil trailer.
