We bought it new.  Included are 39" TV over the cab and swings out, Dinette Booth, the bathroom has a separate toilet, shower and sink which is nice, 3 burner stove, double door refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, AC unit, heater, Onan generator, power awning with LED lighting and more.The upgrades are Solar, a 2nd house battery, another TV in the bedroom, Outside Shower, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, and a 10" Garmin RV 1090 Navigation. I also am including some good equipment, not the free stuff they give you when you buy it from the dealer. I threw that stuff out.Nice Power cord with a surge protector, a circuit tester to use prior to plugging in. A 50 amp to 30 amp converter in case the 30 amp is down at the site, you can convert to 30 from the 50. water hose, Extra long Cable hook up, Quality sewer hose that can be short or add the extension if you need it longer. A high quality RV cover, a nice mat to put out in front of the door, and a windshield cover.Everything works and looks like new. I tried to take lots of pics to give you an idea of everything this RV has to offer. It is rated for towing up to 8000 pounds.I had it at a local dealership for about 3 weeks to sell on consignment, but they were asking $100,000. I need to sell our RV and I waned to offer a very fair price for someone. So I picked it up and decided to sell it myself.
