Excellent condition. Purchased in June 2021 but used minimal times on a permanent site due to owner illness. Still has "new" smell. No issues at all with this camper. Air conditioners require 50 amp service and work excellent. Outdoor speakers, outdoor shower and includes new flat screen tv. Electric fireplace generates wonderful heat. Toilet upgraded and shower has plenty of space for tall people. Large closet in bedroom and washroom/dryer hookup.
