Description

4 WHEEL DRIVE! Over 80 pics at www.dandlautosals.com This is an incredibly rare, 2006 Chevrolet Roadtrek 4 Wheel Drive with 28,000 original miles. This is not GM's all wheel drive van with a Roadtrek RV Conversion, it is a true 4x4. This unit started out life as a G3500 One Ton cargo van, then shipped to the Quigley Conversion Company and they did a complete 4 Wheel Drive Conversion on it. From there it went to the Roadtrek Company to get turned into a Roadtrek Class B Camper Van. The Back Story: This unit was purchased when new by an older couple in North Carolina who wanted the 4x4 for their Alaska Trips. This was their 3rd Roadtrek, and they were able to make some trip's with it until she got sick 6 years ago and it was stored in their garage. Because of this, it only has 28,000 original miles. It now has 5 new All Terrain load range E tires, New synthetic oil change in the engine, transmission, transfer case, and front and rear differentials. New injectors, fuel lines, filters, suspension lubrication, new batteries, and a complete mechanical check over. 6.0L CI V8, Auto Transmission and manual shift Transfer Case for the 4x4 with auto locking hubs. The Van itself has all of the normal options that you would expect, including power steering, brakes, windows, mirrors, locks, cruise control, tilt wheel AC, tilt and swivel bucket seats, cupholders and power ports. The dash looks beautiful with the Burl wood accents. The Unit is off grid ready with an Onan 2800 Generator, that was just serviced, complete water system with fresh, grey, and black water tanks, water heater, and 12V water pump. The kitchen has a 2 burner propane stove, sink, 3 way refrigerator, microwave, and lots of storage. There is an RV Toilet and a center asle shower. This unit will sleep 2 and seat 5 for dinner. (5 total seat belts). The rear dinette folds down into a double bed. For comfort there is a propane furnace and an Air Conditioner with a heat pump that can be used as a heater as well. There is also a roof vent with Max Air type fan. This unit is in Beautiful Shape inside and out. It was always stored inside when not in use and had excellent care over most of its life. There are 3 very small dents on the very top of the hood where it looks like it was attached by a bear, It wasn't but it is a cool story to tell. The paint is shiny, the body is straight and rust free. Please let me know if you have more questions or want to check it out. I can be reached anytime at 616-318-0118
