This RV is in pristine condition. When not in use, it is housed in a barn with cement flooring. It is a single owner, low usage, and well cared for trailer. The inside kitchen has never been cooked in. All cooking on camping trips is done outside to preserve the beautiful interior. No pets have been in this unit. At delivery, there were factory installed additions of the back up camera, solar panels, and the power tongue jack. This is a NON-Smoking trailer. It still has the new smell. It has the ultra-leather upholstery. The queen-sized bed on the front of the trailer will easily sleep two adults. The mattress is extremely comfortable and high quality. All bed coverings and pillows that came new with this model are in their original condition as they were packed away and not utilized. There is ample storage under the bed as the photos will show. The dining table will convert to a bed. This bed could sleep one adult or two children. Or, it would make a very fancy pet bed. The Sport comes with an entertainment center that has a DVD player, TV, and Audio inputs of Bluetooth or Auxillary. The TV has a powered amplified antenna that will get you approximately 20 local channels. There is also a coxial cable or satellite input into the system. The refrigerator will run on electric and/or propane if no electric is available. It can run on shore power (AC), battery or solar (DC), or propane. The microwave is also a convection oven. The bathroom has an upgrade of a custom built teak wood flooring. It is beautiful and offers more non-slip properties. The shower has a seat and a shelf to store shower products. The black water tank has been kept well cleaned. The fresh water tank has never been used. We always just used the campsite water with an inline water filter. Additionally, we had the dealer install some plumbing to make the winterization process easy. We can share a laminated step-by-step instruction sheet along with an illustration that shows the proper positioning of the water heater valves at winter and again in the spring and the location of the low point drains.
