We mainly traveled 80 miles round trip to a nearby state park and twice to out of state destinations approx 500 miles away. RV was inspected and serviced by RV dealership due to lifetime warranty requirements and has been well maintained and cleaned. Has 6 slideouts and forward livingroom with 2 sofa sleepers, and 2 powered recliners. RV has only had my wife and I sleep in it and sofa sleepers are still Brand New. I have uploaded numerous pictures to show layout and condition. Since we are selling it Buyers are welcome to keep all Dishes, Pots and pans, Toaster oven, Outdoor netted enclosed canopy, Lawn Chairs, etc. All items have been bought new over the past couple years. If you don't want any of it I will gladly remove from RV. Has full size refrigerator, Microwave, and plenty of storage space inside kitchen cabinets, under bed, Bedroom closet, and underneath storage compartment. Has TV in Bedroom, Outside stair side, and Large retractable TV in Livingroom. We have not used it since moving to Tennessee over a year ago so we figure it's time to let someone else enjoy it. I will gladly answer any and all questions to the best of my ability. Lastly just as a side note. Bathroom has only been used to go Pee except in a rare case of having to go #2 like right now. Tanks have always been rinsed and flushed immediately after camping was completed. Might seem like toooo much info but trust me you'll want to know how waste tanks of any unit your looking at have been maintained. Once it's neglected you can't get it fixed without a New tank.
