Description

This unit has residential refrigerator, a mini fridge in bunk house, microwave, three burner range and an oven. Has a residential sized king bed that was custom fitted by dealership when first purchased. Again, not an rv king, but a residential king. It uses 3 20 lb propane bottles or a snorkel attachment that can hook up to a bigger exterior propane bottle/source. Has a lot of under storage as the model refers to it as a “basement.” Has two axles, dry weight of 12,500 lbs and a pin weight of 1500 lbs. It’s lighter than most 42 foot 5th wheels. 2” thick walls with an all season package. Manufacture test is furnace must hold inside temperature at 70 degrees in 0 degree weather for an 8 hour period and the A/Cs must hold 70 degrees in 100 degree weather for an 8 hour period. ACs are a 15,000 btu main A/C and 13,500 btu bedroom A/C. Dometic thermostat. Two 40 gallon grey tanks and two 40 gallon black tanks. Outdoor shower. Awning. Large TVs in living room and front bunk house. TPO roof with decent caulking on it. Has original tires from 2019. Auto leveling, inverter and two strong batteries. Unit runs 1 A/C and all appliances off 30 amp and runs everything off 50 amp. Has stackable Splendide washer and dryer. It is not a combo, it’s two separate machines. This cleans and dries better. Two bathrooms, one shower. As far as condition.unit has been used a lot. Not much storage time. Biggest issue is some soft floors in bedroom and living room. This is reflected in the asking price by about 10k. Other 376fbh are asking 49k or so. Floor doesn’t bother me and I’m my opinion is not result of water damage. If this may bother you, save us both the headache, and move on. Floor joist are solid. Just bedroom ply wood and main traffic living room and kitchen plywood are soft. I’d advice to bring a 3rd party inspector to look and inspect for water damage to verify. There is small typical wear inside, and a ceiling vent cover needs changing to work properly. Small part of ladder damaged at very bottom. Still usable and is in a photo. I’m trying to be transparent with this camper. I want it sold. Thanks.
