What sold us on this model was the ABUNDANCE of STORAGE underneath in the basement area. Since the front bedroom and rear living room are both raised, underneath is all storage. There are auto-on lights in storage area triggered by movement. The rear also has pull out storage for easier access. This unit was built by Vanleigh (Tiffin) before Thor Industries purchased Vanleigh, so we feel it was well constructed. All cabinets are solid hardwood, and the lighting is top notch, both of which really give the unit a luxurious feel. We changed the factory hitch to a Reese Goosebox hitch (installed by dealership) as we have a flip over ball. There are also dealer installed toppers on all five slides. TITLE IN HAND!
