We are including all equipment (worth ~4K) needed to use it as soon as you get it. That includes weight distribution hitch, backup camera, all hoses (4, so length to sewer hook up isn't a problem), 30 amp power cord, surge protector, 50 amp to 30 amp converter, 120 to 30 amp, heated water hose, wheel blocks, legos for leveling, ice maker, camping chairs, dvd player with dozens of family friendly dvd's, 2 toddler cots to allow up to 8 to sleep, coffee maker, TV mounted in bedroom, and camping rug. It also has power stabilizer jacks, 2 tvs, outdoor cooking area and outdoor refrigerator, plenty of storage and with the super slide there is plenty of room in the living area.We are selling our Travel Trailer as our work situation has changed. We have used it for 2 seasons and 3k miles. I pulled this trailer for one season with an F150 ecoboost with no problems just for reference.
