Luxury 40' trailer with all the bells and whistles you could wish for and even live in for long durations in comfort? From a large bathroom and full-sized shower, a king-sized bed in the master bedroom (with two large closets and a storage dresser), a full-sized fridge, a full office that doubles as a second bedroom, and a lavish living room and kitchen?! Look no further as this model is hard to find and flies off the dealership floor before it even arrives.

We consider this trailer better than new. Why, you ask? It's common for all new trailers to need to be battle-tested on the road with long durations of vibrations and bumps which can test the quality of the build. We've only taken ONE trip in this trailer a thousand miles and upon returning we took it in for warranty work which included minor items that were shaken loose and later fixed and hardened. We have the extended 5-year warranty is transferrable! 4-years remain.

We love this trailer so why are we selling it? We bought it with the assumption we were going to be living and traveling for a year in it, but due to life changes, we ended up changing plans and buying a house and having no place to store it. Since we bought it to live in and that never happened, we no longer need a trailer this size or this classy.

Things we love? The outdoor kitchen with grill, mini-fridge, and extra storage areas. The massive full-span storage can hold a LOT. It has TWO AC units for extreme heat and we purchased vent covers for all fans so you can use them in any climate. The king-sized bed led to nights of great sleep. And the ease of setting up the unit with auto-leveling jacks with a click of the button (has a learning curve). This trailer is piped and ready for satellite internet or entertainment. I purchased a tv wall mount that I'll include for the master bedroom. And the sound system for inside AND outside the trailer is phenomenal while you stay comfortable and out of the sun with two large awnings.
