Description

I bought this unit in 2020. It needed TLC, and I gave it! It has: 2 new low-profile Dometic Penguin ACs. 2 new propane tanks, hoses, and regulator. New 16 gallon (yes- 16) gas/electric hot water heater. New Furrion stove/oven. New LG residential-style convection/microwave. New Furrion fireplace with remote. New 55" Sony Bravia TV with surround sound system. New porcelain toilet. New electric leather double recliners. Electrically adjustable queen bed platform with vibration and remote, as well as a new Wilderness RV mattress. Splendide washer/dryer combo. New G 614 RST Goodyear tires (rated the best RV tire). New holding tank valves. New Glowstep steps. New backup camera. I also rebuilt the hydraulic lines and valves to the slides and replaced the slide toppers. ALL the dim LED lighting was replaced with newer, high lumen lights. There are no issues with low light now! New RVLock entrance door lock. New water control panel. Within the last six months I rebuilt the cooling unit on the two door Dometic RM1350 refrigerator w/icemaker (replaced with new, not refurbished, unit). It also has a whole house vacuum system. This rig now needs nothing! Mechanically it is sound, everything works, and it is ready to be lived in. The full paint (no decals) makes for a very attractive exterior. It is a true full-time RVer's RV. My wife says to tell everyone that the carpet in the bedroom has some stains that will NOT come out. She covered them with area rugs. Also, two strings are broken in the living room shade, and one of the small bedroom shades does not go up. Those are the only things not fixed. We bought a new (and hopefully last!) 5th wheel and want to give this one a new home. Thank you for considering ours
