Has trailer air hitch-slide awnings over the three slides-2 side awnings with led lights-rear deck awning and railing-Lippert 6 way hydraulic leveling-10 gallon hot water heater gas/electric-100 watt solar panel on roof-windows have ceramic window treatment for heat-back deck pull down screen. Three roof A/C's-fantastic fan in kitchen & bathroom w/max air roof cover-2 Tv's inside and 1 outside-two electric beds in garage-couch and loveseat in L/R that are new-2 door Dometic gas/electric refrigerator-3 burner gas stove/oven-microwave oven-stereo inside and speakers outside. Has always been kept inside when not using and been washed by hand and no truck wash. Note: Razr is not included. Has booth seating in garage with table and can use for extra seating.
